Dear friends and colleagues,

I would hereby like to formally
announce that the registration period for the Second Annual Zeng
Rongxiu's Shanghan Lun Conference is officially open!

Attached, please find the registration form. Currently we have a
greater number of verbal commitments than we have spaces at the
conference. I would therefore like to advise you to register as
promptly as possible if you are sure you will attend. Once the spaces
have filled up, I will start a standby list. It is however still ok to
pass this information on to any person who you think might be
interested in attending. If we a significantly large number of people,
I will move the conference to a larger venue.

If you are flying in from Europe, then you can mail this form to me
with your credit card info, or you can just pay after you arrive in
Portland. If you choose the latter option, please email me your rsvp. You can also fax your info to 503-227 1089.

If any of you will be needing a hotel room, please contact the hotel directly.

Lastly, if you have any question, do not hesitate to contact me. I am looking forward to seeing you all very soon.
